DIY Ring Flash!

I recently found a tutorial on how to make your own ring flash, so I thought I'd give it shot. Here's how mine turned out:

You'll notice I made a few other modifications to mine. I used the Nikon D300 w/grip and the SB800 flash. I wanted a better way hold the unit so I've mounted everything to a flash bracket. I'm also looking at mounting a second flash off the top of the bracket and have that one pointed down into the top of the dish – for a more even 'ring flash'
